God's Word for the Roma
We are a group of Roma people who love Jesus. We believe that God loves the Roma people, and our desire is that all Roma communities can hear God speaking to them in their own language through His word, the Bible. Together we are working on several Bible translation projects among Roma communities across Serbia and the surrounding region.
Our work is overseen by The Word For The World, an organization dedicated to translating the Bible into the languages and dialects people use in their everyday lives. We believe that God's Word speaks most deeply to the heart when it is read and understood in a person's native language.
The Word For The World's work includes language research, Bible translation, linguistic development, theological review, and close collaboration with native speakers, local churches, and international partners. Every translation is produced with great care to remain faithful to the original biblical text while being clear, natural, and meaningful to the community it serves.

OUR MISSION
The mission of The Word for the World Bible Translators is to enable persons, ministries, and organizations from language communities that do not have the Bible in their own language yet to take responsibility for Bible translation and related activities and to ensure its availability and accessibility.
